Celebrate Asheville City Soccer Pride Night with a gift in support of the LGBTQIA+ community!

On June 11, two Asheville City Soccer teams will compete while four local non-profits come together toward one goal: to raise $10,000 in support of organizations making a difference in the lives of LGBTQIA+ people. When you make a gift today, you are supporting four non-profits at the same time.

A generous anonymous donor is matching the first $5,000 contributed – double your impact by donating now!

Donations will be split evenly among participating organizations. From policy advocacy to family networking to in-school education, these non-profit organizations are meeting a variety of needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. Blue Ridge Pride's mission is to promote equality, safety, and quality of life for western North Carolina’s LGBTQ and allied communities, working as a united community through advocacy, celebration, education and service. The purpose of the Asheville PFLAG Chapter shall be to support the mission of the national organization. By meeting people where they are and collaborating with others, PFLAG realizes its mission through: support for families, allies and people who are LGBTQ, education for ourselves and others about the unique issues and challenges facing people who are LGBTQ, and advocacy in our communities to change attitudes and create policies and laws that achieve full equality for people who are LGBTQ.

Youth OUTright's mission is to create a world in which all LGBTQIA+ youth are supported to reach their fullest potential. We cultivate Resilience, Compassion, and Confidence in the youth community and engage in intersectional and intergenerational dialogue with particular focus on Gender & Racial Justice. Our work includes direct services, technical assistance for youth serving organizations, and advocacy for local, state and federal policy that protects LGBTQIA+ youth.
