Registration Fees: Walker Registration: $20.00 ($23.00 2X shirt & 3X shirt) Walker Registration Children 10 yrs. & under with Youth Medium Shirt $10.00 Survivor Registration: Free Online Registration: Click on the purple Registration banner above. Late Registration (after August 19) Shirt Pick Up: Late registrants may pick up a shirt the day of the walk if their size is available on September 24, 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM at the Peoria Riverplex, 600 NE Water St., Peoria, IL.
