I am just a 17 year-old girl trying to fulfill the dreams of my 5 year-old self. At that age, I told other kids in the gym that I was in the Olympics. After a few years of hearing other people's thoughts, I stopped saying it and even stopped believing it at times. How would a girl from the Bronx ever be going to the Olympics?!? 

Fast forward a decade, along with a very interesting story, here I am. I'm staring at the finish line and now thinking, "How will I get to the Olympics?" The truth is, with the help of my friends, family and my community, I am beginning my international gymnastics career competing on behalf of my family heritage's country of Barbados!

I have competition meet fees, hotel accommodations, plane tickets, physical therapy, mental health coaching, and so many more things that are needed for this journey. My parents are working hard to make this happen and I'm looking to ease this burden so that they can enjoy this ride with me, wherever it takes us.
