4 My Amigos Men's Ministry was born out of a series of ministry trips to Kenya. During my first visit, I experienced a moment that forever changed my understanding of God's work in that nation. As I prayed, I saw a picture of a great tree with people gathering beneath its branches. I sensed the Lord speaking clearly to my heart:

"I am building My church in Kenya."

I believe God helped me understand His desire for strong, vibrant truly Christ-centered churches in Kenya that will impact not only Africa, but nations around the world.

My response was simple: "Lord, if there is any way I can be a part of that, I want to."

I met with Christian leaders throughout Kenya on that first trip. One man, a Bishop, said to me
"The number one thing greatly needed in the church today is a true knowledge of God".

His honest appraisal spoke volumes to me. Many pastors in Kenya faithfully serve their communities with limited access to theological training, biblical resources, and mentoring. Yet they are hungry to learn, eager to grow, and passionate about serving Christ.

Since that day, our small ministry has been committed to equipping pastors and church leaders through biblical teaching, leadership development, and personal encouragement.

Our goal is to encourage leaders to shepherd their congregations with humility, wisdom, and love. Rather than focusing on personalities or programs, we focus on Scripture. We teach through books of the New Testament verse by verse, helping pastors understand God's Word in its context and apply it faithfully in their churches.

Over the years, hundreds of pastors and church leaders have participated in our leadership conferences. We also sponsor small cohorts of pastors pursuing Transformational Christian Leadership certification through an African Christian University.

We have witnessed lives changed, churches strengthened, and leaders renewed in their calling. Men who once felt isolated now serve with greater confidence, biblical understanding, and hope. As these leaders grow, entire congregations benefit.
