GoM Teen Cooking Lesson

Chef: Drey Riffle Yoga with Emily Anderson (All Bodies Welcome Yoga) instruction, demo, tasting taking place on the back deck of the Millvale Community Library
The Gardens of Millvale introduce a special program highlighting the wellness practices of yoga and healthy eating. These classes will start with a yoga or session focused on mindfulness followed up by a 30 minute *at home recipe* cooking class using locally sourced ingredients from the Gardens of Millvale.
This is a free event for all-ages!
Friday September 23rd, the class will start with guided gentle flow yoga with Emily Anderson of All Bodies Welcome Yoga. The cooking portion will be led by local check Drey Riffle.
Come learn how to whip together a fast, healthy, delicious meal and get in touch with your inner chill!!!
