Meet Amanda, the sweetest 7-pound tabby with a calm, loving personality. Amanda is a senior kitty with a big heart who loves nothing more than curling up in her human's lap for cuddles. When she's especially happy, she'll face plant onto you! It's the cutest! Amanda loves to explore behind doors and has great litter box manners! 

Shortly after we pulled Amanda from the shelter, in March 2021, we discovered Amanda had renal disease and high blood pressure due to an enlarged heart which medications and a Rx diet have been keeping in check.  As a senior with medical issues, Amanda needs an experienced adopter. Until her adopter comes along, we need help with her medical bills. 

We have spent over $6,000 on Amanda's medical care to date. Amanda's renal and blood pressure/heart medications come to $160/month. She also sees the vet every two months for a re-check of her BP, renal chemistry and urine protein/creatinine, which costs us $400 per visit or $200/month. The cost of Amanda's medications and routine vet care come to $360/month.
