We find homes for 1,600+ homeless pets every year...but unlike many organizations, the majority of our programs and resources are aimed at keeping animals out of shelters in the first place!  Doesn't that make sense?

Each year, our strategic community programs aid over 56,000 animals and their grateful families, keeping animals where they belong: at home, with the people who love them most. Programs include:

• Low cost vet care for veterans & families facing financial hardship at four non-profit veterinary hospitals
• Vet care, services & pet supplies delivered free-of-charge to low income senior housing communities 
• Weekly, ultra-low cost community vaccination clinics open to all 
• Extensive pet food pantry services, supplying 22 human food pantries with dog and cat food
• Low cost spay/neuter service
