River Basin Adjudications and Tribal Rights

This is the second of our 3 part winter workshops. This workshop will cover river basin adjudications, the process, and tribal rights. Robin McPherson, from the Washington Department of Ecology will discuss "Court Adjudications, Tribal Rights, and Stream Flows". Robert Anderson, Professor of Law Emeritus of the University of Washington and Oneida Indian Nation Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School will discuss "Adjudications and Tribal Rights: How much water?". Danielle Squeochs, Hydrologist at Yakama Indian Nation will discuss "Yakama Nation Perspectives on the Acquavella Adjudication". Purchasing tickets for this event only includes this single workshop. There is also an option to purchase an all inclusive ticket at a discounted price for all three workshops, Water Trading and Speculation, River Basin Adjudications and Tribal Rights, and Climate Change and Water Rights.
