This scholarship is to honor Rev. Ollie Dailey and Mr. Milton Dean. Both were very instrumental in the growth of the Center Ridge community! Rev. Ollie Dailey was a much respected man from the Center Ridge Community. He was an immense advocate in the civil rights movement. Milton Dean funded the historical Dean Park in Winston County. These two men were big on education and for that that we give our first scholarship in their names.
