Story

There is a dire need for better environmental and sustainability education in K-12 schools around the globe.

We are developing a collaborative curriculum with OurLand that bridges the gap between theoretical recognition and strategic action by connecting classrooms with real-world environmental & sustainability challenges and climate change solutions. This is done in a model which supports the growth of those conservation efforts and makes the education available to communities directly impacted by these challenges and involved in the development of the solutions.

Project Objectives

✅ To bridge the gap between theoretical recognition and strategic action by facilitating collaborative discussion, reflection, planning, and action regarding some of the world’s most pressing issues

✅ To create a sustainable model that provides continued support for the projects and initiatives discussed in the curriculum

✅ To create more equity in environmental education by using funding from the curriculum to provide the same educational opportunities to schools and communities directly impacted by and involved in the solutions to these challenges

✅ To increase accessibility of quality environmental education by creating free, shareable videos for each module of the curriculum

We need your support to bring this curriculum to fruition and deliver it to schools!!

By donating to this fundraiser you are ensuring that a team of qualified educators can finish developing this much needed educational content and support its outreach to schools across the globe. Please donate, share, and reach out if you are interested in ensuring that this education can continue to be shared!
