Dear Friends and Family of Ericshouse:

Since 2018, it has been my honor to help people who are bereaved by the sudden loss of a loved one.  Often, people experiencing loss, especially to highly stigmatized losses such as suicide and overdoses, suffer in silence.

The people in our club – the club that no one wants to be in -- are the forgotten victims – the loss survivors -- the people who have lost someone who have nowhere to turn. We grieve and mourn our losses in silence. No one should ever go through this alone. No one who is so shattered should have to struggle to find the support they need. 

Ericshouse was born in 2017 after the loss of our son Eric, and we began operations in June of 2019. We support the emotional, physical and spiritual healing of those bereaved by the sudden loss of a loved one.  We help people pick up the pieces of their shattered lives and we help them put the pieces together again in a way that helps them heal their hearts with love and encouragement.

The community at EricsHouse has helped so many people -- mothers, fathers, grandparents, brothers, sisters, friends, relatives, associates -- we help them rise from the ashes after devastating loss.

There are many organizations the support prevention of these losses.  But there are few that work in postvention.  EricsHouse is one of the best.  We support the whole person so that they can heal mind, body, and spirit.

OK -- NOW FOR SOME FUN! Last year, I posted my recipe for Meatballs.  It is a special recipe that we have had for years in our family.  It true -- we make the best meatballs in the world!
