Today is GivingTuesday: the global day of giving when people come together around the values of service and giving. And we need your help!

Starting in 2020, DCHS made the decision to purchase new technology that has positively affected our students, faculty and staff. Every student and faculty member at Dowling Catholic now receives a DCHS issued chromebook. The chromebooks allowed our students to continue learning at the high academic standards DCHS is committed to providing.

"Last school year, chromebooks were essential because of the hybrid schedule, which required students to be able to participate in class from the safety of our homes. Today, I still use my chromebook every day and in almost every class. My chromebook allows me to easily type and organize my notes, complete assignments, manage my to-do list, and communicate with faculty, staff, and fellow students all in one place. My chromebook has become an essential supplement to my Dowling Catholic education.” - Charlotte DeAngelis ‘23

Each year, our IT department purchases 375 new chromebooks for incoming students.

Our goal for GivingTuesday is to secure funding for 100 chromebooks*!

Your contribution this Giving Tuesday will give us the ability to develop Leaders for Life, Centered on Christ for many years to come!

*$300 covers the cost of 1 Chromebook, case and licensing.
