2020 sure has been different! Who knew that this pandemic was coming and would be so devastating. But just because we can't get out and run (or walk, as in my case), as we did two years ago, doesn't mean we can't support a worthy cause. Homefirst has had to make some adjustments to continue to serve the needs of the homeless in and around Union County. So join my team to raise $1,000 and make a difference in the lives of families and children seeking to survive the health and economic crisis brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.

The needs are great and they are real.  Families' lives have been abruptly disrupted leaving the vulnerable even more at risk.  While abiding by the health guidelines put in place by Gov. Murphy, Homefirst has adjusted to a virtual model for most services and in-person by appointment.  The Homefirst staff has done an awesome job in responding to the increased demand for homeless prevention services.
