For 13 years, Milton's has been more than just a restaurant. It has been a cornerstone of kindness, connection, and community.
Founded by Francine and her son Chad, Milton's was named after Francine's father, whose unforgettable cooking inspired the recipes that anchor the menu today — including the famous ribs. What began as a tradition of good food and warm hospitality has grown into something much deeper.

Milton's now also carries the memory of Chad, whose generosity, joy, and culinary passion live on in every dish and every gathering. At the heart of it all is Char, Francine's daughter and partner, who continues to be the warm, welcoming face that greets guests like family. Together, this family has built more than a restaurant — they've created a home for the neighborhood.

Milton's has always been there for the community:

Supporting local fundraisers
Providing meals to those in need
Offering a safe and compassionate space where everyone belongs

Now, this beloved gathering place is at risk. Rising food costs and limited seating have created financial strain. Unless support is secured by October 10th, Milton's will be forced to close its doors on October 31st.

The community has spoken: Milton's matters. There is still hope if we come together. You have made it clear that this is not a place you are willing to let go. What is needed now is a collective effort to raise $100,000-$150,000. This is not about a temporary Band-Aid. This is about securing a strong future. Your support will allow Milton's to:

Repair and purchase critical equipment needed for daily operations
Replenish essential dishware, glassware, kitchen essentials, etc
Hire short-term expertise to expand and stabilize the catering business
Strengthen marketing and technology by bringing in help to:
- Build a consistent social media platform and streamlined marketing approach
- Properly configure the POS system so menus align across ordering platforms
- If funding allows, purchase a small catering van, to help give Milton's the ability to grow catering into a sustainable revenue stream

This is a plan for survival and for renewal. Catering has already shown promise, and with the right resources, it can become the path that secures Milton's future. This is more than saving a restaurant. It is preserving a community legacy built on love, generosity, and compassion. For more than a decade, Milton's has shown us what true hospitality looks like. Now it is our turn to stand with Milton's, to ensure that this place remains where it belongs— at the center of the community.
