Mussar is a genre of Jewish literature and a system of Jewish ethical practices designed for personal and spiritual growth. We are presenting it in two parts, The Principles and The Practice. The Principles is an introduction to this ancient tradition, its benefits, and the different ways in which it is practiced today. We recommend that you attend it before attending The Practice. For more information about The Principles and to register, go to https://givebutter.com/MussarPrinciples2022
The Practice: This 4-week virtual course is for those who want to experience the practice of Coastside Mussar and its benefits. The Practice consists of four 75-minute group-practice sessions on Zoom (1/25, 2/1, 2/8 & 2/15). It includes complete instruction materials, guidance, and support. Participants will also be matched with chevruta (study) partners, or they can choose their own study partner(s).
