About the Program

S.E.A. Leaders Juniors is a workforce readiness and youth leadership program created by the S.E.A. Leaders Training Institute. Designed for students ages 13–18, this initiative provides structured training in soft skills, leadership development, communication, financial literacy, and community service.

Our mission is to help young people lead with authenticity, prepare for real-world career paths, and become confident, service-minded individuals who are ready to make an impact in their communities and beyond.

Why Your Donation Matters

Many teens are graduating without the tools they need to navigate the workforce or lead effectively. S.E.A. Leaders Juniors addresses this gap through:

Structured quarterly cohorts and summer intensives
Hands-on workshops in leadership, customer service, financial literacy, and communication
Guided coaching in self-awareness, career exploration, and emotional intelligence
Youth-led community service projects and real-world experience

Your support ensures students have access to this training at no cost to them or their families.

Our Goal: $25,000

Program materials and curriculum development
Transportation (18 passenger van), meals, and access to technology
Instructor stipends and guest speakers
Field trips and leadership experiences
Scholarships for students with financial need
