Story

Growing up I had to face a lot of adversity at an young age that not only shaped me but built a resilience mindset to make a difference in young individual lives. In 2014, after having my daughter I committed 1 year in AmeriCrops working in the domestic violence shelter. I remember being in the house seeing so many broken families and kids not having an outlet. Mothers not able to provide food nor even educated on what healthy habits look like. That as always stay close to me as a performance coach, knowing so many young individuals get steered the wrong way with healthy habits. Broken families continuing a life that is unhealthy mentally and physically. As a mother and coach I find it my responsibility to fight for the young people who doesn't have anyone in their corner.

My Cause

It’s our responsibility to save our children from the physical and mental health issues associated with obesity, so we are taking it upon ourselves to stimulate awareness, educate communities and inspire change. We are going to break the cycle! Just Train Kids will re-energize and empower our youth by teaching them how to live healthy and have fun while doing so through interactive, hyperlocal experiences.
