For years, we have done a lot with very little. We have served hundreds with a small team and a minimal budget. But this model is not sustainable. We are carrying debt from years of underfunding, and we have reached a pivotal moment.

At the same time, we are building exciting momentum. By adopting a sociocratic governance model, we have been able to successfully organize and empower a growing network of volunteers. This has expanded both our people-power and our impact, creating new pathways for collaboration, equity, and shared leadership. In fact, from 2023 to 2024, we increased our class registration by 343 percent. With increased operating income, we can bring on more facilitators, offer more trainings, and ultimately reach more people with this life-changing work.
