Fundraiser Yoga Class Sunday 12-13 10am on Zoom

Join a parent from our SLA community, Jeffrey Newburger, for an all levels yoga and meditation class via Zoom Sunday 12/13 from 10 - 11:15 for donation.  Jeffrey's a parent of a junior and teaches yoga at Palo Santo Wellness in South Philly.  Whether you are new to the practice of yoga or an experienced practitioner this will be a great opportunity to connect with the community, support the HSA and take some time to connect with yourself this weekend.  If you are able, please find a quiet spot in your house with room to stretch out on the floor.  Yoga mat and props will be useful but not necessary.  Beach towels, throw pillows, small blankets, etc. will all work great.
