Elk Rock Garden Preservation Fund

The Elk Rock Garden Preservation Fund launches this fall to address over $150,000 in critical repairs needed to safeguard the future of our historic garden and residence.

Projects include lead and asbestos abatement, rebuilding of our footbridge and failing masonry walls, replacing deteriorated wooden benches, select window and landscape repairs, and ADA accessibility upgrades, with individual projects ranging in cost from $5,000 to $60,000 each.

In this initial phase, we are seeking visionary lead donors who can make transformational gifts of $5,000 or more to establish the financial foundation for this vital work. These substantial early commitments will demonstrate confidence in the project to the community and enable us to begin addressin our most urgent repairs ASAP, while we prepare to open the fund to broader public support at year's end. Your leadership gift will be instrumental in preserving this beloved community treasure for future generations to enjoy.
