This means that Treehouse Therapies is ordering the equipment directly from the manufacturer and then giving you the equipment at no additional markup. The advantage is that we are able to get the equipment quicker and at a lower cost. It is important to note, however, that this means we cannot and will not bill your insurance for this equipment. 

I understand and agree that my purchase indicates my agreement to hold harmless my child's therapist or any other therapist or employee of Treehouse Therapies, or Treehouse Therapies Associates as a whole for any conditions or concerns that may arise due to the use of this product and that this product was recommended in good faith.
