United Community Concerns Fundraising
UCCA provides food, referrals, and services to Elmhurst School District 205’s financially disadvantaged children and their families in an effort to fight hunger.
Last year, UCCA provided more than $155,000 in support to over 388 Elmhurst School District 205 families and 84 senior citizens who reside at Greencastle of Elmhurst by:
- Delivered over 1,500 boxes of food through our Holiday Food Drive
- Hosted 8 Mobile Food Pantries serving hundreds of families
- Provided emergency gift cards to social workers for families in crisis
- Mailed four rounds of grocery gift cards directly to households in need
For 46 years our “neighbors helping neighbors” approach has been driven by volunteers and powered by a generous community and dedicated partners such as yourself.
Thank you for your support.
