Winterfest VaHi Biz Sponsorship

Happy early Holiday season! The Virginia Highland District is excited to announce our inaugural Winterfest event to the community. As part of the event programming, we are planning a ton of festivities such as a Tour of Lights, Jingle Jog, holiday parade, and holiday market with live music and drinks.

As the curators of Porchfest, we received amazing feedback from not only our residents, but local businesses as well—many businesses reported their highest day of sales ever! We have no doubt the same will be true for Winterfest, and we could use your support as we level-up the experience with permitting and marketing costs.

For Winterfest, we will be working with the city and an event planning company to obtain the appropriate permits to make sure our streets stay clean and safe. To support our drive to uplift the neighborhood, we would love it if you considered sponsoring one of the below business partnership levels. This donation is tax deductible, as Virginia Highland District Association is a non-profit organization:

These VaHi Business sponsorship levels are discounted compared to our standard sponsorship levels, which start at $2k. We are committed to supporting our local businesses and building community. Please note, we are not bringing in any food vendors, as we want participants to come to you!

$750 - Gold Level Business Sponsorship - Black Diamond

- Have a special drink, menu item or retail/service sale event you want to promote? Let us help you by receiving personalized Winterfest branded images for promotional purposes specific to your logo and branding.

$500 - Silver Level Business Sponsorship - Blue Run

- Get a shout-out on our social media pages promoting and acknowledging your business as a supporter.

$250 - Bronze Level Business Sponsorship- Green Run

- Get your logo added on our Winterfest map and website.

Free - Storefront Window:

- Join the festivities by decorating your window storefront with white lights and holiday themed decor.
