Victory Through Sacrifice (VTS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the physical and psychosocial well-being of Veterans and First Responders in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky region.

Those who have served our country and communities often carry invisible wounds — chronic stress, trauma exposure, physical injuries, sleep disruption, and the cumulative weight of high-performance careers. Too often, care is fragmented. Mental health services operate separately from physical rehabilitation. Holistic and advanced therapies are financially inaccessible. Preventative care is limited.

VTS was created to bridge that gap.

We provide an integrated model of care that brings mental health, physical rehabilitation, performance optimization, and holistic wellness services together under one coordinated program. Through partnerships with licensed clinicians, rehabilitation professionals, and medical providers, we offer access to:

• Individual, family, and group therapy
• Physical therapy and performance-based rehabilitation
• Stress regulation and meditation training
• Advanced recovery services, including ETMS
• Fitness and nutrition support
• Peer-based group support programming

In addition to serving individual weekly clients, VTS operates structured cohort-based wellness programs designed to provide immersive, coordinated care over a defined period of time. These cohorts allow Veterans and First Responders to experience comprehensive support in a community-based setting, strengthening accountability, connection, and measurable outcomes.

Our goal is simple: remove financial barriers and provide accessible, integrated care to those who have sacrificed for others.

Through community support, corporate partnerships, and donor generosity, VTS is building a scalable model that can serve Veterans and First Responders not only in the tri-state region, but beyond.
