Jeff Hardin Memorial Fund 2025

In memory of Jeff Hardin, we invite you to support The Diabetes Family Connection.  Jeff was a faithful and loving husband, father, and friend.  He struggled with and endured diabetes for 40 years of his life.  Camp Morris was vital in Jeff learning how to live an active life while having diabetes.  His involvement with camp helped Jeff develop coping skills for managing the rollercoaster of diabetes and blessed him with lifelong friendships.  Camp Morris is a Godsend and Jeff loved camp!
