Everyone deserves a place to belong, a purpose to pursue, and a voice in their own future.

A Mustard Seed Outreach supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through resource navigation, education, advocacy, and opportunities to build full, meaningful lives.

For families, finding the right support can mean years of unanswered questions and uncertainty about what comes next. We work alongside them to turn that uncertainty into possibilities and practical next steps.

Through The Petty Place, our first supported independent living home, we are helping create a place where individuals can make choices, build everyday skills, and feel proud of the life they are shaping.

Our Day Program Without Walls brings those opportunities into the community. From adaptive fitness and volunteering to learning new skills and building friendships, we help individuals participate, contribute, and explore what matters to them.

Our vision reaches beyond one home or one program. We are working toward a future where more individuals have access to supported independence, meaningful connection, and lasting security, and where families don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Every donation, partnership, and act of generosity helps us grow that future.

Small seeds. Real opportunities. Lives full of possibility.
