Above the Line Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Rochester, New York, dedicated to transforming lives through education, empowerment, and economic mobility. We design and deliver innovative programs—such as the Young CEO Program—that equip young people with the tools to understand personal finance, launch entrepreneurial ventures, and develop leadership skills that will shape their futures.

Our work goes beyond education; we focus on building sustainable change by fostering confidence, resilience, and financial independence among the communities we serve. Guided by a belief in equity and opportunity, Above the Line Foundation collaborates with schools, businesses, and community partners to create impactful initiatives that prepare the next generation to not only dream, but also to achieve.
