All Are Welcome began in 2023 from a shared desire to help individuals with special and exceptional needs and their families feel seen, supported, and fully included within the Catholic Church. What started as a response to a need within the local community quickly grew into a ministry dedicated to creating opportunities for faith, fellowship, and belonging.

Founded by Jodi Devore and later joined by co-founder Edda, the ministry was shaped by their lived experiences as mothers raising children with autism and other exceptional needs. Together, they recognized that many families were searching for connection, understanding, and a place where they could participate fully in the life of the Church.

Since its founding, All Are Welcome has grown through the support of families, volunteers, clergy, and community partners who share a common belief: that every person is seen, sacred, and called to belong. Through sensory-friendly worship opportunities, family events, faith formation, retreats, and ongoing support, the ministry continues to build a more welcoming and inclusive Catholic community for all.
