The Heart Behind All Dogs Thrive

Hi friends 👋

We’re Nick and Nicole Jones—owners of Anderson Automotive and Thrive Automotive—and now, proud founders of All Dogs Thrive, our nonprofit that’s been a long time coming.

We’ve always had a huge passion for animals (especially dogs!). It’s been a lifelong thing for both of us—Nicole grew up loving every stray she met, and Nick was the guy crying over dolphins in White Squall in high school (true story). Our love for animals has always been part of our story together.

Over the years, we’ve donated when and where we could, but it never felt like enough. We wanted to do more—to actually be in the trenches helping animals in need, especially the ones belonging to people who are going through hard times. That’s why we created All Dogs Thrive.

This nonprofit was born from our belief that every dog deserves to thrive, no matter what their owner is going through. We’ve seen firsthand how deeply connected people are to their pets, especially those facing homelessness or financial hardship. Sometimes, that dog is their only family—and we want to make sure that bond is never broken due to lack of resources.

Through All Dogs Thrive, we’re doing things like:

• Spaying and neutering to fight overpopulation 🐶

• Funding veterinary care for pets in crisis ❤️

• Transporting dogs from high-kill shelters to safe, loving rescues 🛻

• Supplying food, leashes, and essentials to the pets of homeless individuals 🥫🐕

Right now, we’re in our planning and building phase—laying the groundwork, forming partnerships, and brainstorming the most impactful ways to reach as many dogs as possible. We’ve been a little quiet lately, but trust us: big things are coming, and we couldn’t be more excited.

We know how much trust our community has placed in us through our automotive shops—Anderson Automotive and Thrive Automotive—and now we’re asking you to join us in this next chapter. Let’s come together to give these animals the love, safety, and support they deserve.
