Big Heart Big Smile Foundation was created in loving memory of six-year-old Kaci, whose purpose was far greater than the short time she spent on Earth. We honor her legacy through acts of compassion like Kaci’s Backpack Project, Kaci’s Big Toy Giveaway, and Kaci’s Hugs—programs that support local families in need with essentials, joy, and kindness.

But our vision goes even deeper: we believe no child should grieve alone. That’s why we’re building peer grief support groups for children. Kaci’s Huddle of Hope is a safe, welcoming space where kids can process loss at their own pace, in their own way, and without judgment. Through movement, connection, empathy, and shared experience, we help young hearts begin to heal—together.

Because even in grief, there can be a big heart and a big smile.
