It all started with one kid who wanted to be a boss like his aunt. When he asked her for help becoming a boss a seed was planted.

BOSS Kids Able Inc. is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (IL AG #CO#1100528) founded to bridge the gap for young dreamers in underserved neighborhoods. Inspired by the need for practical skills beyond the classroom, we focus on middle and high school students, turning their creativity into action through entrepreneurship workshops, STEM challenges, and signature events like our "Boss Kids Art Gallery"—a two-day showcase where selected artists (ages 8–17) display and sell original pieces, keeping 100% of sales profits while donating one work to a nonprofit auction. Led by founder [Your Name], who shares her own artistry as a role model, we celebrate every participant with a "CEO Certificate" and reward winners with art supply gift cards. With a growing board and volunteer team, BOSS Kids Able is committed to fostering resilience, financial literacy, and joy in creation—one boss kid at a time. Join us in building a brighter, bolder future for Chicago's youth.
