Bright Steps Project was founded by Dr. Krissy Jones after she experienced financial hardship and discovered firsthand how little support was available for families in crisis. Determined to change that, she created an organization that offers direct financial assistance, emergency grants, and long-term solutions to help families avoid homelessness and rebuild stability.

Since our founding, we’ve helped dozens of families stay in their homes, pay essential bills, and regain independence. We believe that no one should lose their home because of temporary hardship, and that every person deserves a chance to take a bright step toward a better future.
