Plant the Vine is pleased to announce a wine and food event pairing Indigenous food with wines made from the grapes originally planted by Indigenous people. The event helps us fund our programs for young people in South and Central L.A., who learn about L.A. history through hands-on experience in viticulture. The festa includes food and wine and merch for sale. Plant the Vine has also partnered with the nonprofit C.A.K.E., which promotes healthy living, mindfulness and entrepreneurship to give marginalized youth the tools to escape poverty. The food will be prepared by South and Central Los Angeles youth who have devised their own recipes specifically for this event. When: February 2025 5p-7p.
