Story

100% Proceeds from this class go towards Heart of Dinner, cooking hot lunchboxes for those most vulnerable in/near the Chinatown area with a heavy focus on the homebound elderly.  ICYMI: This organization was founded by friend of Kitchen Rodeo, the wonderful Moonlynn Tsai of Kopitiam ❤️

Eric Sze, the chef/owner of East Village hotspot 886 and brains/muscle behind Bento Essential, is one of the most loved food personalities around.

In this Kitchen Rodeo, he is revealing the secrets behind the fan favorite dish from his Shy Boyz Club pop-up: Cacio e Chili Oil. Think everything you love about this classic pasta dish and multiply it x100. It’s cheesy, umami filled, with an addictive kick from chili oil. Yes. Please.
