Chelan Douglas Child Services Association (CDCSA) is a nonprofit early childhood organization serving families with children from birth to age five. We provide Head Start, Early Head Start, ECEAP, and child care services across Chelan and Douglas counties, offering high-quality education, nutritious meals, family support, and safe, nurturing classrooms.

Our mission is to support and strengthen families by fostering independence, building confidence, and helping every child develop the skills they need for lifelong success. Many of the children we serve face financial hardship or limited access to early learning, and our programs play a vital role in meeting their needs.
