CJ Delfosse was a vibrant, joyful eight‑year‑old who loved gaming, soccer, laughter, and the people around him. In 2019, he was diagnosed with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma, beginning a long and courageous fight against cancer.

He endured 42 weeks of chemotherapy and six weeks of radiation, meeting every challenge with remarkable strength. After a brief cancer‑free summer in 2020, the disease returned, leading to more treatment and complications. Still, CJ fought his way to another short period of remission.

In September 2021, his cancer relapsed and was declared incurable. An allergic reaction ended further chemotherapy, and the focus shifted to keeping him comfortable. By January 2022, scans showed the cancer had spread to his bones, bringing significant pain and fatigue.

On January 30, 2022, CJ’s brave battle came to an end. His spirit, resilience, and love left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. In his short life, he showed us the true meaning of courage. He will always be our FOREVER HERO.
