Each year, it is difficult for our sickest children to attend our events because of their health conditions. So last year, we brought the event TO THEM. In the midst of a global pandemic, unhealthy air from historically bad wildfires and widespread economic uncertainty, Coastal Kids Home Care and a community of supporters came together to put on a Cruisin' for Coastal Kids Home Care parade. Led by police vehicles, our parades of classic cars, fire engines, antiques, and trucks all wearing masks that said, “Cruisin’ for Coastal Kids,” drove by the homes of some of the most vulnerable kids in Salinas and the Bay Area. It was an incredibly special day, and we are so thankful to everyone who made it happen!

Because the event was such a huge hit with both supporters and families, we decided to bring the event back to Santa Clara County and a new location--Santa Cruz!  If you are interested in supporting our Monterey County Event, Touch-A-Truck, CLICK HERE
