I'm taking my day-to-day work of donor organizing to something that's a bit more personal: I'm queer. I'm nonbinary. And what gives me the most joy is lifting heavy things. This will be my first ~public debut~ outside of my garage gym. This is bringing my two greatest loves - deadlift and drag - together. But even more important than that, proceeds go to two orgs I care about deeply: Transgender, Gender Variant & Intersex Justice Project (TGIJP) & Radically Fit. Who doesn't love deadlifting, drag, AND supporting trans+queer liberation? My 30th birthday is right around lift date.
