We envision an interconnected San Francisco art scene that can interface with an increasingly complex world, wielding art as a tool and way of thinking. Decentered Arts is where we speak our truth, learn with open minds and heal collectively. It’s a space that fosters diversity, inclusivity and a profound sense of belonging, bringing hope and energy to create change in a climate of powerlessness. Now more than ever, we need each other.

Our Approach

Nurturing Talent

Encouraging emerging and underrepresented artists by facilitating their development through mentorship, curation opportunities, workshops, performances, and community

In-Person Experiences

Holding community events such as open mics, readings, fashion shows, and exhibitions with multimedia appeal
