About the Course:

This 11-week course offers a clear and accessible introduction to Buddhist meditation and foundational Buddhist teachings. Together we’ll learn how the Buddha’s timeless wisdom can support us in cultivating peace, clarity, and compassion in our everyday lives.

Through guided meditation, practical teachings, and group discussion, participants will explore how to develop a meditation practice, reflect on the relevance of the dharma in daily life, and discover simple tools for living with greater ease.

Each week builds on the last, so the experience is most impactful when attending the full series. At the same time, we recognize the realities of busy schedules: weekly notes and suggested readings will be provided to all participants, so no one will fall behind.

This class is beginner friendly and is helpful for advanced practitioners.
