07/04/2020 Happy Fourth of July! Swimming 2 hours, kayaking 30 minutes in my pond.

07/06/2020 walked 7K steps through out the day.

07/07/2020 walked 8k steps through out my day. 

07/07/2020 Rode the rzr 2 miles last night! 

07/11/2020 I mowed, and gardened. Walked 12K steps!

07/12/2020 I rode my paddle board for the first time today. Probably spent an hour in the pond.

07/13/2020 more paddle boarding and kayaking with Hank my guard dog....

07/14/2020 paddle boarded for an hour.

07/15/20 walked 10,000 steps. Gardened and watered for 2 hours last night. 

07/16/2020 walked 12,000 steps today. Rode my bike a mile tonight. 

07/18/2020 went camping at lake city. Rode 4wheelers and rzr 30 miles.
