Samuel Allen's Story
Samuel lives in Kimberton with his mommy and his golden-doodle, Shadow. Samuel loves the town of Phoenixville. He has such a great heart and believes in giving back to his community. Samuel loves walking downtown, people watching and of course playing in Reeves Park.
We hope that Samuel has the chance to be Dogwood Royalty and be celebrated by the town he loves so much.
