The Ellison Foundation has been created to honor the memory of Ellison McCraney Ingram by supporting local children’s charities in the Destin, Florida and NWFL region.

Working together with the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF), a scholarship fund named after the youngest son of one of the DCWAF’s closest supporters has begun. Each year, the scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior who has benefited from one of DCWAF’s 15 partner charities throughout his or her lifetime.

In addition, due to the success of other fundraising activities by the Foundation, one or more additional at large scholarship(s) will be presented to other high school seniors in the NWFL region who have exhibited outstanding scholastic achievement, leadership, or financial need.
