With Veteran's Day approaching, we'd like to invite you to a special "Yoga on Tap" class to benefit 501(c)3 nonprofit, Warrior Within Yoga Project.

Open to all, we'll use this practice as a way to show our gratitude to those who have served. We invite you to join yoga instructor and "military brat", Sandra Weston, Sunday morning at Article XV Brewing Co. in Rockland to enjoy a brunch-time yoga class. Following the 60 minute all-levels session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer or beverage of your choice (included) at the brewery.

Proceeds support Warrior Within Yoga Project's mission of connecting the local veteran & first responder community to the powerful practice of yoga. The organization offers free trauma-informed and adaptive yoga programs throughout Massachusetts. Your contributions will help expand their work.
