This Memorial Day weekend, Warrior Within Yoga Project invites you to honor those who have sacrificed their lives in service to our country with a special Yoga at the Brewery session at Jack’s Abby in Framingham.

On Saturday, May 27th 11am please join us in Jack’s Abby’s outdoor Beer Garden for a public all-levels yoga class. This Community Benefit Yoga class helps support our mission of bringing trauma-informed yoga to local veterans, service members and first responders.

Your participation not only will honor lives of brave men and women but provided continued support veterans, service members and their family members still with us.

Our class will be led by instructor Lindsey Calhoun who works with veterans at our Devens, MA location.

As a way to pay tribute to those who have sacrificed their lives, we invite you to practice in recognition of a serviceman or woman. If you have someone special in mind, please include their name in the "in honor of" section during check out. We will print a special card to place at the top of your yoga mat as a way to dedicate your practice.
