Our Mission: Connect Roots students to the Community

As we shift our attention from raising funds for our outside spaces, we are focusing on making learning out in the community more accessible for both our full time Elementary families, and those that join us for camps and aftercare. Roots is comitted to not only engaging with our community for learning, but to giving back and leaving the places and spaces we hold so dear better off.

GOAL #1: Funds for natural playground expansion ($10,000) - GOAL MET!

GOAL #2: 12 Passenger Van (Downpayment, Sales Tax + first 6 months payments - $14,500)

BENCHMARK 1: Down Payment ($5000) + Sales Tax ($3000) - $8000

BENCHMARK 2: First 6 months of payments (Insurance + Loan) - $6500

Currently, anytime we want to leave campus, we rely on the goodwill of our teaching staff and parent population to work together to drive students to and from locations. This has worked for years on a small scale, but as we grow and the ages of our students shift, so do the opportunities we hope to engage in out in the community. With this in mind, the first part of getting Roots students out into the community is aquiring dedicated transportation.
