Hannah Sullivan's Story

My name is Hannah and I work for the Women's Liberation Front, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. It is my job to share our charitable work with current and potential donors to advance our efforts to protect, advance, and restore the sex-based rights of women and girls.

My motivation is to fervently protect single-sex spaces and other public accommodations provided to women to address the systemic discrimination against the female sex. We must not allow a zealous minority group to redefine the reality of over half the world's population: women and girls.

Today, I ask you to make a gift in honor of the women who fought tirelessly for the rights that benefit women to this day. Will you help to hold the frontline of feminism for the women and girls of today and tomorrow?

Thank you in advance!

About Me

I was raised in a female-centric family of athletes. My role model has long been my grandmother—a female wrestler, bodybuilder, and soccer player prior to Title IX. In the 1960s, my grandmother was not afforded the same opportunities in school that her male peers had and did not complete her high school education. By the 1980s, my mother was able to play sports and finish her high school diploma.

In 2012, I broke family tradition and enrolled in college immediately after high school through a "full-ride" academic scholarship (no athletics). As a college freshman, I became engaged in online radical feminist activism while studying sociology, communications, as well as "women and gender studies." Rooted in sex role stereotypes, I came to realize that the new "transgender" movement was both misogynistic and lesbophobic. After four years of failed indoctrination, I graduated into a nonprofit fundraising career.

After the untimely end of the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival, I understood that single-sex spaces were at risk of extinction, and I began voraciously attending women-only events. In 2016, I became a WoLF member and attended every possible radical feminist, women-only event I could manage starting with WoLF Fest.

In 2017, I discontinued my socialized femininity through beauty practices and makeup. But when I cut my hair short, strangers began to ask my "gender." Even before then, I knew "gender identity" ideology was only serving to strengthen sex role stereotypes. By 2019, I began volunteering with WoLF and continued to develop my professional skills to assist further.

In early 2020, I attended the Seattle Public Library "Fighting the New Misogyny" event and watched transactivists violently protest the speakers, attendees, and library staff. It felt like a turning point for me: 'the right thing to do' would never be 'the easy thing to do.'

By 2021, I had the opportunity to join WoLF professionally and continue to grow its charitable legacy, and fight the pernicious erosion of sex-based rights. With a grateful and hopeful heart, I accepted. So, I left my prior job and began the journey to advance WoLF's mission full-time.

Your support enables WoLF's continued progress against this backlash to the women's liberation movement. To all the Warrior Womyn: I thank you for all of your activism, advocacy, and solidarity!
