Florida College Academy is proud to report that we have created an attitude of excellence among our students. While our academic and athletic programs are commendable and often receive accolades, our extracurricular offerings are reaching new heights. Four of our Odyssey of the Mind teams will be competing at the State level competition March 30th with hopes of a three-peat trip to OM World Finals May 21-24, 2024, in Ames, Iowa.

Our FCAP Beta Club has secured top finishes and invitations to compete at the National level in Biomedical, French, Musicology Quiz Bowl and Performing Arts Group Talent. This is becoming a tradition for our FCA family, and we are honored to get to share our talents on the World and National stages.

To fund the travel, lodging, and competition fees for students and coaches for both Odyssey of the Mind World Championships and Beta Club Nationals, Florida College Academy will be sponsoring our Third Annual FLAPJACKS for FCA event. Support from generous businesses and individuals in our community will aid us in covering these costs. We are striving to raise a total of $20,000.

The FLAPJACKS for FCA fundraiser will be held on March 23, 2024, at the Florida College Academy cafeteria in Temple Terrace, FL. Your business will receive recognition on each table where our guests will be seated during our breakfast event. A donation of any value that you can contribute is greatly appreciated. Or you may contribute a gift card or themed basket to our Silent Auction that will run during our event. Please remember that all donations are tax deductible.

Founded in 1958, Florida College Academy has been an integral part of the Temple Terrace community for more than 60 years. Our school serves students from Kindergarten through Twelfth grade. FCA is dedicated to nurturing academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development in every student.
