Since 2004, Focus on Youth has profoundly helped to transform the lives of thousands of homeless youth, low income seniors and families. Our thoughtfully planted garden at Sunflower Farms is a vertible lifeline for those suffering from food insecurity as well as a sanctuary for wildife.

Our all-volunteer non-profit is fo stering a sense of empowerment and belonging for the hundreds of volunteers who help to plant, weed, harvest and deliver our fresh organic produce and eggs.

We donate our organic produce and farm fresh eggs directly to Outside In Youth Services and Neighborhood House Food Pantry.

Seeds of Hope strives to eradicate hunger, alleviate food insecurity and all forms of malnutrition while improving the resilience of food prduction that encourages the sustainable use of natural resources.
