The Fellowship of Women Clergy (FWC) was founded in 2011, born from a vision to see women in ministry thrive in integrity, unity, and spiritual wholeness. What began as a small gathering of eight women has grown into a vibrant network of hundreds of clergy—pastors, elders, evangelists, bishops, and ministers—connected through fellowship, worship, and intentional growth experiences.

FWC is a non-profit Christian organization that provides a safe, Christ-centered space where women clergy are encouraged, equipped, educated, and empowered. We cultivate authentic relationships marked by trust, accountability, and joy while promoting both personal wellness and ministerial excellence.

Our gatherings—typically on 2nd Fridays at 7 PM and some 4th Fridays—include worship, teaching, and Koinonia Conversations, where women engage in honest dialogue on relevant and challenging topics. We also gather for outings and an annual retreat.

FWC also supports women developing leadership, embracing wellness, pursuing ordination, and refining their ministry gifts. Sustained by member support ($105/year) and donations, FWC continues to be a space where women ministers pour into one another—growing stronger together, for the glory of God!
